Fire out at Maple Leaf Foods

Fire crews have extinguished a fire at Maple Leaf Foods on Lagimodiere Boulevard and Marion Street.

Business owners nearby report seeing black smoke billowing from the south side of the Maple Leaf buildings around 3:15 p.m.

The fire has reportedly been extinguished.
