Flurries expected for next couple of days

Well, at least the need for wiper cleaning fluid might diminish.

Environment Canada forecasts a 30 per cent chance of flurries late this afternoon, with temperatures falling to -12 C, and wind becoming north at 20 km/h.

Tonight: Overcast, with a low of -18 C and wind chill -27.

On Wednesday, there will be a 60 per cent chance of flurries in the afternoon before clearing in the evening, with a temperature steady near -17. North winds are anticipated to be gusting 30 to 50 km/h, driving the wind chill to -30.

The sun should return on Thursday, with a low of -23 C and high of -22. Clear skies should remain on Friday with a low of -29 C and a high of -24.
