Fort Rouge Leisure Centre to reopen Thursday
The Fort Rouge Leisure Centre is slated to reopen tomorrow.
On Tuesday, the centre shut down due to problems with the facility's mechanical cooling system.
Winnipeg officials said regular programming will resume on Thursday at 6 a.m. The Osborne Library will open at 1 p.m.
