Four arrested after break-in at Canadian Museum for Human Rights

Four people were arrested early today after a break-in at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.

Winnipeg Police said officers responded at about 2:30 a.m. to a complaint of a break-in to a commercial building under construction in the area of Waterfront Drive and Pioneer Avenue.

With the help of the canine unit, four suspects were arrested nearby.

Two teenaged girls, aged 15 and 17 years, a 16-year-old boy, and a  21-year-old man were charged with break and enter to commit mischief and theft under $5,000.

They were released on a promise to appear in court.
