Fourth candidate joins Old Kildonan race
WINNIPEG - A fourth candidate has joined the wide-open city council race in Old Kildonan.
Joseph Payjack registered his campaign this afternoon for the city’s northernmost ward, where 30-year council veteran Mike O’Shaughnessy plans to retire this fall.
Devi Sharma, Robert Chennels and Casey Jones have already registered in Old Kildonan.
Candidates have until Sept. 21 to sign up.
