Garage fire sends smoke over North End

Firefighters have safely extinguished a garage fire that sent plumes of smoke over the North End at about 7:45 p.m.

Three fire trucks attended the fire in the 700 block of Pritchard Avenue, near Arlington Street, according to an initial report from the scene.

No one was injured in the fire. The cause is under investigation.
