Goldeyes place Narodowski on waivers

The Winnipeg Goldeyes baseball team has placed infielder David Narodowski on waivers.

Winnipeg Goldeyes manager Rick Forney had played Narodowski at shortstop, third base and first base this season.

Narodowski hit .194 with 16 RBI in 49 games with the Goldeyes this season.

The Goldeyes open a three game set in Lincoln, Neb. on Monday night against the Saltdogs.

Second in the North division, the Goldeyes have 21 players on their active roster, including 12 pitchers and nine position players.
