Graham Avenue reopened
Winnipeg police have reopened a section of Graham Avenue that was blocked off for more than hour earlier this evening.
A section of Graham Avenue was blocked off between Edmonton and Carlton streets at around 8:45 p.m., rerouting buses and traffic, Winnipeg Transit said in a service advisory.
People in the area said there was a heavy police presence.
Officials are not releasing any more information at this time.
