The border crossing on highway 30 south of Gretna will reopen at noon.
It will resume normal hours for crossing into the U.S., 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) temporarily closed the Gretna port of entry on May 22 as a result of overland flooding in the United States.
The CBSA said it wishes to thank all travellers and commercial stakeholders for their patience and cooperation.
