The rain stayed away for the country-pop superstar's concert in Winnipeg last night, but those clouds above our heads are ready to bust open today.
Environment Canada is calling for rain to begin this morning in the city with 10 to 15 millimetres forecast to fall. There is also the risk of a thunderstorm.
The high is predicted to hit 22 C.
The forecast is much the same for overnight with rain and the risk of a thunderstorm. The winds will pick up, though, gusting from 40 to 80 km/h. The low is 15 C.
The rain should end Monday morning, Environment Canada says. The skies will clear, the sun will come out and the mercury will get up to 24 C. A mix of sun and cloud is forecast for Tuesday with a high of 28 C.
The rain is expected to return Wednesday.
