High of 20C, light sprinkles this morning

You know how every summer there’s one super chilly day that reminds you cold weather is around the corner?

Today is not that day. And we’re not likely to see it this week either.

Environment Canada is calling for a high of 20C today, albeit with a 30 per cent chance of showers in the morning and winds northwest at 30 km/h gusting to 50 km/h.

The rest of the week’s forecast would feel right at home in June. Wednesdays should be sunny with a high of 18 and winds out of the west starting out at 30 km/h, increasing to 50 km/h and gusting to 70 km/h in the morning.

Thursday’s high should be 19C under sunny skies and you’ll need to get the sunscreen out for Friday and Saturday with forecast highs of 25C both days.
