Some highways still snow-covered

Drivers venturing out onto the highways today be warned: a number of roads surrounding Winnipeg are still partially covered from last week's massive snow dump.

According to Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation, Highway 100 from Winnipeg to Ile-de-Chenes has roads partially covered with snow and poor visibility from swirling snow. Similar warnings are in place for Highway 100 from Winnipeg to Sanford, Highway 204 from city limits to Lockport and Highway 3 from Sanford to Sperling.
