Hot, humid day includes chance of rain
WINNIPEG - We may awaken to sun this morning but there’s no guarantee the friendly weather will last. A mix of sun and cloud is expected throughout the day with a 30 per cent chance of afternoon showers and the possibility of a thunderstorm.
But at least it will be hot. An expected high of 30C and a UV index of 8 means sunscreen and hat are a must.
Tomorrow is expected to bring more of the same weather with a sunny morning, a high of 27C, a mix of sun and cloud throughout the day and rain or thunderstorm risk in the afternoon and evening.
The rest of the week is looking bright, with sun and highs nearing 30C expected straight through the weekend.
