A provincial court inquest into the death of Brian Sinclair is set to begin Tuesday, Aug. 6.
The start date comes nearly five years after Sinclair, a 45-year-old double amputee, was found unresponsive at the Health Sciences Centre after waiting 34 hours for treatment in September, 2008.
He died of a treatable bladder infection.
The inquest is scheduled to continue throughout the month of August, from Mondays to Thursdays, in Courtroom 230 of the downtown Law Courts Building, beginning at 9:30 a.m. There will be additional dates scheduled for October, and possibly early in 2014 as well.
