The man who popularized the 100-mile diet will drop by the Winnipeg Free Press News Café Wednesday morning, although there’s no word whether he’ll have the grilled cheese special.

An interview with J.B. (James MacKinnon) will be livestreamed at 11 a.m. at winnipegfreepress.com.

His new book, "The Once and Future World" has been nominated for the prestigious Hilary Weston Writers’ Trust Prize for Nonfiction. The winner will be announced next week.
