Keep the faith, it's going to get warmer this weekend

There's a chance of snow this morning, but brush it away because we're little more than a day away from normal temperatures.

And next week -- it almost seems hard to believe with a wind chill of -24 this morning -- the temperature on Monday is predicted to reach -1 C.

Environment Canada says today there is a 30 per cent chance of flurries this morning with a high temperature of -10 C.

But the weather service is predicting the mercury will reach a high of -8 C on Friday and it is still saying that by Saturday temperatures will reach the normal high temperature for this time of year of -6 C.

That's followed by a 30 per cent chance of snow on Sunday with a high of -6 C, while on Monday the temperature is expected to reach an above seasonal -1 C .
