Obby Khan in football limbo

Obby Khan, one of the most popular Winnipeg Blue Bombers during his six years with the team dropped by the Free Press News Café Thursday to talk football and his new restaurant venture.

He and the Calgary Stampeders had a mutual parting of the ways earlier this week after one season -- but Khan said in the interview he's open to going back onto the field.

His new restaurant, Shawarma Khan, recently opened in the Exchange District.
