Simon King was such a hit at this year’s Winnipeg Comedy Festival that organizers are bringing him back for more.
The energetic Vancouver-based comedian, who performed one of the galas at the festival last spring, headlines a gig Thursday night at 9 p.m. at the Purple Room (318 Ross Ave.) Also on the bill is Chantel Marostica, the recent winner of Winnipeg’s Funniest Person with a Day Job contest. Comedy fest artistic director Al Rae is the host.
Tickets for $15 are available at the door.
