Service has been restored to MTS customers who were experiencing problems completing outbound calls to other service providers earlier today.
This morning MTS had a taped recording saying the company was working toward a resolution.
Customers were affected by an "issue Shaw was experiencing with their home phone services, which caused outbound calls from MTS customers to Shaw customers to not go through," MTS said in a statement this afternoon.
