Man, 32, faces drug charges
A 32-year-old man faces a long list of drug charges, as well as charges under the Body Armour and Fortified Vehicle Control Act.
Members of the Winnipeg Police Service street crime unit and the tactical support team executed a search warrant at a residence located in the 200 block of Lansdowne Avenue about 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
Officers found 1.07 ounces of powder cocaine, six grams of cannabis marijuana, cellular phones, packaging material, currency, and ballistic body armour. The drugs had a street value of $2,460,. police said.
William Keith Pierson was charged and detained at the Winnipeg Remand Centre.
