Man arrested for 100 graffiti tags

A 19-year-old male has been arrested in connection with over 100 spray-painted graffiti tags in St. Boniface.

The graffiti was on residences, city property and businesses. The tag was "Carot."

Jovain Hildebrand faces 44 charges of mischief under $5,000, mischief over $5,000, and possession of a controlled substance.
