Man found dead on rural highway

A 23-year-old man from The Pas was found dead in Sherridan early Sunday morning after being struck by a vehicle, RCMP Cpl. Miles Hiebert said today.

Police are not releasing the man’s name, and are divulging few details.

Police did say that the man was a pedestrian, and that they have located a vehicle believed to be involved. The victim was found dead by the roadway by Flin Flon RCMP about 1 a.m. Sunday.
