Two in hospital after early-morning stabbings

Police are investigating two early-morning stabbings that sent two adult men to hospital.

Winnipeg police said the first incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. at Ulster Street and Dalhousie where a 20-year-old man was stabbed. He suffered injuries to his upper body and was taken to hospital in stable condition.

A second stabbing occurred at 4:45 a.m. in the 300 block of Henderson Highway where officers located a 19-year-old man with injuries to his upper body. He was transported to hospital and is listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made and police continue to investigate.
