Winnipeg police are asking for the public’s help after a man exposed himself to two young girls in the North End last Wednesday.
The girls, 10 and 11 years old, were walking on McKenzie Street shortly after noon when they allegedly saw a man in his car performing an indecent act.
The man did not get out his car or have any contact with the girls.
The man is described as Caucasian, in his 30s, bald, clean shaven and wearing sunglasses.
He was driving a dark passenger van, possibly a Dodge.
