A man was rushed to hospital in stable condition Thursday night after being shot "in the upper body" in a house on Magnus Avenue.
Police reported the man was in stable condition.
The incident occurred at approximately 8 p.m. at a duplex in the 600 block of Magnus Avenue.
Reports indicated that police were searching for four suspects. At the scene, police were canvassing the home where the shooting occurred. Officers were also interviewing several people located in a home across the back lane from Magnus on Manitoba Avenue, which had been blocked off by police cruisers. Police were also putting up crime scene tape crossing the back lane between Magnus and Manitoba.
