Man struck by vehicle on overpass ramp dies
An 18-year-old Winnipeg man has died after being struck more than a week ago by a vehicle on the overpass ramp at the south Perimeter Highway.
Brandon Flis died Monday night, a family member confirmed today.

He was hit shortly before 4 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30 on the overpass and was rushed to hospital in critical condition, police said last week.
A 27-year-old man faces charges of failing to remain at the scene of an accident causing bodily harm and driving without a licence.
