Mornings should warm up as we get deeper into spring

WINNIPEG -- Sunshine now, rain later and no frost for the forseeable future.

Put away the old window scrapper. We can expect to awaken to above-freezing temperatures for the next 7 days.

Today will be cloudy with a high of 13 C.

On Saturday, expect sunshine and a high of 17 C., while Sunday features a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 14 C.

Rain is the word of the day for Monday. Periods of rain and cloud will combine to make it feel chillier than the indicated high of 16 C. The showers are expected to spill over into Tuesday but the high should climb to 19 C.
