Mötley Crüe tour stops at MTS Centre

Mötley Crüe will play the MTS Centre on Jan. 29 as part of its 10-city Dead of Winter Canadian tour, promoter Live Nation has announced.
The opening act is Joe Perry Project, led by Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry.
Tickets are $39.50, $65, $85 or $99. Limited general admission pit tickets are $115.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.
Today is the release date for Mötley Crüe’s updated greatest hits album.
The hard-rocking, hard-living band, known for hits such as Home Sweet Home and Dr. Feelgood, recently returned to the top of the charts with Saints of Los Angeles, its first new studio album with the original lineup — Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, Tommy Lee and Vince Neil — in a decade

Vancouver pop-rock band Hedley also hits the MTS Centre, March 31, with special guests Boys Like Girls, Stereos and Fefe Dobson.
Tickets are $45 and go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.

I'm actually also looking forward to the Hedley Concert. I plan on going to both Crue and Hedley.

I like the Crue but, it seems like their tour bus is always parked here and they are always HERE. Let's face it - nothing really great after Dr. Feelgood so it's more an oldies show. Hit and miss live at best. I already know HUGE fans that are not going because "I'll catch them next year cause it's an annual thing".
Is it just me or is Mick Mars looking more corps like? He one of the greats but, he doesn't look well despite his treatments for his back. Hopefully he's OK.

Some of the best performances that I have seen is by the older groups. They've been around, know how to please a crowd, and are just good showmen.

CrueFest was awesome last year! WAS looking forward to CrueFest2 .......This set-up Bites! I woulda paid another $120 to see CrueFest2, what, ..... with the 'other' UP N Coming bands.......to bad GODSMACK showed them up on the American version Tour....no way this time(by themselves)....I'd rather see Axl and his touring Circus

Too many big concerts at MTS Centre! Where are people getting the money for all these tickets for these acts coming to town the past few years? I thought we're all supposed to be super cheap and poor! That's certainly the reputation we have anyways...

This band is amazing live, all the doubters I took to the last Crue show loved it!
