New Lightweights among Back 40 Festival acts

Morden Park’s bowl will be filled with music on June 3.

The annual Back 40 Festival has announced its lineup with the New Lightweights, Paul Bergman, Rachel Ashley, Jelly B. and the K-Mart Shoppers, Ridley Bent & Chris Dunn, Sweet Alibi, Ed Penner, Steve Keys and the Space Trannys and Aaron Burnett playing this year.

"After 20 years we are starting to have people realize this is the perfect way to kick off their summer festival season," says board chairwoman Linda Hiebert.

In addition to the musical entertainment the festival features a kids tent and a crafters’ area.

Tickets are $15 at back40fest.com. Children 12 and under are free.
