New arrest in teen's beating death

Winnipeg police have made another arrest in the beating death of a 16-year-old boy.

Warren Dairren Flett, 24, of Winnipeg was arrested Friday and charged with manslaughter. He is being held in custody.

Paris (Parrot) Bruce died Sept. 7 from injuries he received in a vicious beating. He was found lying in the street of Aberdeen Avenue Sept. 4.

It's believed Bruce was attacked because he was a member of a rival gang, M.O.B., which had been feuding with the Indian Posse.

Previously arrested and charged with manslaughter in his beating death are Michael James Guimond, 36, the reported leader of the Indian Posse, and Richard Daniel Beaulieu, 36.
