None hurt in Point Douglas blaze

A major fire crackled in a Euclid Avenue rooming house on Friday night, though nobody was hurt in the blaze.
Firefighters rushed to the scene, at a multi-tenant building in the 100 block of Euclid Avenue, at about 11:10 p.m. Crews evacuated all the tenants from the building before fighting the flames.
The fire caused $450,000 in damage, police said in a release. It is not yet known what triggered the flames, though as is standard the police's Arson Strike Force is investigating.
