Police arrest suspect in Nov. 17 Main Street hotel stabbing

Police have arrested a 41-year-old man in connection with a stabbing in a Main Street hotel.

Police said three people - including a 40-year-old woman, 49-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man - were physically assaulted or stabbed following an altercation in a hotel suite in the 600 block of Main Street on Nov. 17. The male suspect fled the suite before police arrived.

Police arrested Cameron Joseph Okemow on Wednesday morning. He has since been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, assault causing bodily harm, four counts of breach of probation and robbery with violence.

He was detained in custody.
