Police bust Point Douglas drug operation

Winnipeg police busted drug operation on Hallet St. in Point Douglas Wednesday.

Police obtained a search warrant after getting a number of complaints from Point Douglas residents about illegal activity around the home.

Police say they found drugs and stolen property — including six grams of crack cocaine, three grams of marijuana, oxycontin pills, bear spray, a machete, $1,000 cash, stolen tools and a barbeque — during a search of the home.

Bryce Keegan Green, 22, and Tyler Polusny, 18, have been arrested and face charges. Both men are being held at the Winnipeg Remand Centre
