Police hunt for gas station robber

Winnipeg police are looking for a man who held up a gas station early this morning.

Officers were called to the 600 block of McPhillips Street around 2 a.m. after an armed male confronted the staff while two customers were also in the store.

The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of merchandise. There were no injuries and no arrests have been made.

The suspect is described as male, aboriginal in appearance, 5’6"-5’7" in height, clean shaven and having scratches on his face.
