WINNIPEG — Police need the public's help to find missing 16-year-old Jessica Crouch-Sinclair, believed to be in the company of a man wanted by police.
Crouch-Sinclair was last seen Nov. 18 in St. Vital, says Const. Jacqueline Chaput.
The Winnipeg Police Service considers Crouch-Sinclair to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized, and investigators are concerned for her well-being, Chaput said.
Police described the missing girl as Métis, five-foot-four, 87 pounds, with a very thin build, medium length dark hair, and hazel eyes.
Police believe Crouch-Sinclair is in the company of 20-year-old old Brad Jones, a caucasian, five-foot-eight, 122 pounds, brown hair with blue eyes and a thin build. Jones is currently wanted by police. Both individuals are believed to be attempting to leave, or may have already left the province, Chaput said.
Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
