Police operation in St. John's neighbourhood
There are numerous police units in an area of Polson Avenue in the St. John’s neighbourhood this evening for an unspecified police operation, the Winnipeg Police Service said.
Winnipeg police are conducting a police operation on Polson Avenue between Salter Street and Powers Street.
The duration of the operation is undetermined. Police have asked media to stay away from the area at this time.
