Police searching for Waylon McKay

Winnipeg police need the public's help in finding Waylon McKay, 19, who escaped police custody and is wanted on three outstanding warrants.

McKay is described as aboriginal, 5-foot-9 and 152 pounds with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.

He is charged with assaulting a peace officer and failing to comply with a condition recognizance in addition to escaping custody.

Anyone with information regarding McKay is asked to contact police at 204-986-2848 or CrimeStoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
