Police searching for wanted man
Winnipeg police are looking for a 29-year-old man who is wanted on assault and break-and-enter charges.
Police said Eric Chartrand is aboriginal, 5'11", 216 lbs with a medium build, hazel eyes and long brown hair. He is wanted for assault causing bodily harm, breaking into a home, and overcoming resistance to commit an indictable offence.
Police said Chartrand should not be approached by anyone. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact police at 986-6222, 986-6048 or CrimeStoppers at 786-TIPS (8477).
