Police await autopsy in cemetery death

WINNIPEG - Police are awaiting an autopsy tomorrow to determine how a man found in the St. Boniface Cemetery died.
Police are still on the scene there, scouring the cemetery for clues.
They have tentatively identified the dead man and have begun notifying next of kin.
The man’s beaten body was found by a neighbourhood resident, and police closed the cemetery all day Saturday and much of this morning.
Nearby residents said they heard a lot of shouting and squealing car tires early Saturday morning that could be related to the man’s death.
