Pooches for sale in time for holiday season

The adopt-a-dog sale will be held Friday from noon to 5:30 p.m., as well as on Saturday and Sunday, noon to 4:30 p.m. each day.

Winnipeg Animal Services is holding an adopt-a-dog sale this weekend to find loving homes for the animals in time for the holidays.

All adult dogs will cost $99 and will include a licence, micro-chip, basic shots, spray/neuter, food and health insurance.

The sale will be held Friday from noon to 5:30 p.m., as well as on Saturday and Sunday, noon to 4:30 p.m. each day.

The agency is hoping to sell 36 dogs.
