  • Print

RCMP issued a warning today that high-risk offender Bruce Gordon Nelson, 52, is expected to move into the Winnipeg River area.

Female children are especially at risk, said Sgt. Line Karpish. Nelson "has previous convictions for possession and distribution of child pornography and committing an indecent act, as well as other criminal offences," she said.

His most recent conviction "arose from an incident which occurred on April 18, 2011. Nelson committed an indecent act in the presence of two females, aged 12 and 13," said Karpish.

Full details are posted at www.gov.mb.ca/justice/notification.
