RCMP seek help in finding teen
Selkirk RCMP have issued another plea to find 15-year old Mark Anthony Cloud, last seen in St. Andrews on December 2nd.
Mark Anthony Cloud is described as 5-9 and about 150 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black toque, black sweater, fingerless black gloves, jeans, and black sneakers with gold and burgundy shoe laces. He had a set of black and yellow headphones on his possession.
He is considered an at-risk youth.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mark Anthony Cloud is asked to call the Selkirk RCMP at 204-482-3322 or their local police agency.
