Shin, Wie atop the leaderboard at CN Canadian Women's Open
Rain, mosquitoes plague players
WINNIPEG - Jiyai Shin reeled in third-round leader Michelle Wie not once but twice to set up Sunday’s final round of the CN Canadian Women’s Open as a two-horse race.
South Korea’s Shin, who shot 69 on Saturday at St. Charles, joined American Wie, who managed 72, atop the leaderboard at 10-under-par 206.

The duo, who go off as Sunday’s final pairing at 12:25 p.m. CT, have four shots on third-place challengers Jee Young Lee and Na Yeon Choi, both of South Korea, and defending champ Suzann Pettersen of Norway.
The group five shots back at five-under includes Catriona Matthew of Scotland, In-Kyung Kim of South Korea and Karine Icher of France.
Paula Creamer and Morgan Pressel of the U.S. are six back at four-under entering Sunday’s play.
A steady afternoon shower and an onslaught of mosquitoes on the calm afternoon made for some less-than-fun times.
Choi said her caddy had more than 20 bites on his face and neck, Creamer could be seen after her round with two welts on her neck and the players and fans alike were swatting constantly.
"At least you guys don’t have flying cockroaches," Wie joked after her round.
The winner takes home $337,500 from the total purse of US$2.25 million at the LPGA Tour event on Sunday.
