Country crooner Randy Travis's two performances at Winnipeg's McPhillips Station Casino have been postponed due to illness, his management said Monday.
Travis was admitted to a Texas hospital in critical condition Sunday to deal with complications from viral cardiomyopathy, a promoter’s release said Monday.
The Grammy Award winner had been scheduled to perform at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on July 14 at McPhillips Station Casino. Ticket-holders are urged to retain their tickets, as they will be valid for Travis's rescheduled performances. Anyone requiring a refund can visit www.casinosofwinnipeg.com for detailed information.
Information about a rescheduled date will be communicated through Ticketmaster by email and at www.casinosofwinnipeg.com, as well as posted to Casinos of Winnipeg's Facebook and Twitter accounts.
