They were rank. They were vile. They were dirty and nasty. Oh, and they were very, very popular.
That last part — as evidenced by a sold-out show at last spring’s Winnipeg Comedy Festival — explains why Transcona-raised comedian Kenny Robinson and his partner in giggle-inducing grime, Darren Frost, are bringing their Rank and Vile Comedy Show back to Winnipeg next month. The adults-only show, on Oct. 10 at 9 p.m. at the Gas Station Arts Theatre, will be hosted by local funnyman Paul Rabliauskas and will feature guest performances by Winnipeg comics John B. Duff and Al Rae.
Tickets for the Rank and Vile Comedy Show are $20, available at the Gas Station Arts Centre box office.
