Red Moon Road launches new recording March 28

Winnipeg-based acoustic folk-roots band, Red Moon Road, is fresh off a tour and coming home to launch its second album.

The trio (Sheena Rattai, Daniel Jordan and Daniel Peloquin-Hopfner) will tell musical Tales from the Whiteshell at the West End Cultural Centre on Thursday, March 28.

Their six-song EP is thus named because it was recorded in the wood-heated log cabins of Falcon Trails Resort in the Whiteshell.

Winnipeg singer-songwriters Sol James, JD Edwards, Beth Hamilton and Don Amero will open the show.

Tickets are $15, $20 at the door and available at the WECC, Music Trader and the Winnipeg Folk Festival Music Store and through Ticketmaster.
