A 16-year-old boy is in custody after he was arrested for walking around the North End with a rifle.
Police said they were contacted at about 12:40 a.m. this morning about a suspect walking in the 400-block of College Avenue carrying a rifle.
Police took the boy into custody and charged him with several weapon-related charges, including: possession of a weapon obtained by crime, and four counts of failure to comply with terms of sentencing provisions.
