Royal Albert concerts moving to Lo Pub

The Lo Pub is taking over more shows for the still-closed Royal Albert.

This Saturday’s show by Kingston, Ont., indie-rock duo PS I Love You and Sunday’s gig by one-man bluesman Bob Log III are both moving to the Lo Pub, while Tuesday’s scheduled Japandroids appearance has been cancelled.

Tickets for both this weekend’s shows are $10 at Music Trader and Ticketworkshop.com

The Albert has been closed since the May long weekend following a water-line break in the basement of the iconic downtown hotel/music venue. The bar will remain closed until the water and sprinkler systems are fixed up to code to satisfy Winnipeg’s Fire Paramedic Service and the City of Winnipeg.
