Frank O'Dea wants to do more than just buy the occasional cup of coffee for people living on the street -- although as co-founder of The Second Cup, doing so is easier for him than it is for most people.
The coffee shop mogul, who was once homeless himself, is the keynote speaker at the Hope, Vision, Action dinner, a fundraiser for victims of human trafficking Thursday evening at the Fort Garry Hotel.
