Senator Art Eggleton spoke on poverty issues at the News Café: REPLAY

Senator Art Eggleton was in the Winnipeg Free Press News Café to speak about his anti-poverty campaign Thursday afternoon.

Eggleton, a tireless champion of poverty issues, discussd his efforts to bring attention to growing income inequality, and why Canada needs to focus on relieving poverty.

Eggleton's visit coincides with the release of the Campaign 2000 Child and Family Poverty report card for 2012. The report card is a joint project of Campaign 2000 and the Social Planning Council of Winnipeg.
